I’m an Economic Research Analyst with over 5 years of experience turning economic and demographic data into strategic, measurable action. I apply statistical and machine learning methodologies alongside strong data visualization to support data-based decision making.

In my current Principal Analyst role, I collect, synthesize, and analyze economic, operational, and demographic data to advance economic development initiatives and strategic planning. I tripled lead generation by redesigning intake surveys and built bespoke reports, data intake forms, and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Dynamics CRM—then partnered with IT and data stakeholders to redesign CRM processes and documentation for new staff.

I also lead analytics that improve targeting and evaluation, including K means, multiple regression, and ARIMA forecasting, plus the design and validation of a composite quality of life metric using a county-wide survey and an American human development index approach. Previously, as a Watershed Manager, I designed and evaluated civic engagement and environmental programs through survey research, predictive modeling, and performance analytics, translating insights into stakeholder-friendly reporting that informed public policy and community engagement.
