I'm building property and facilities management experience at Short Term Rentals Academy, supporting tenant enquiries, inspections, maintenance coordination, tenancy records, lease processes, rent-payment monitoring, and compliance checks.

Previously, I tested web and mobile applications as a freelance Quality Assurance Specialist with uTest. I conducted exploratory and regression testing, documented reproducible bugs with evidence, validated fixes, and worked with development teams to prioritise issues.

At Astrum Technology and the National Museum of Unity, Enugu, I supported customers and clients through front-desk operations, multi-line calls, scheduling, correspondence, CRM records, and accurate data entry. I bring strong Microsoft Office 365, communication, organisation, and client relationship management skills to fast-paced teams.

I'm also certified in executive assistance, customer service call strategies, remote-work tools, and empathy and emotional intelligence for project managers. I enjoy contributing reliable administrative support, clear communication, and detail-focused problem solving.
