I am looking for a job that offers a challenging environment, opportunities for continuous development, and a chance to utilize my skills in customer service, data analysis, and project management. I am a positive, resilient, creative thinker and problem solver who draws a lot of energy from challenging environments. I have experience and a track record of achievements in customer-oriented environments. Continuous development is what I am passionate about. I am skilled in the use of VLOOKUP, Pivot table, data analysis, and customer service. I can input the knowledge I have acquired through years of experience and self-training to help an organization achieve its short-term and long-term goals.

I have experience in project management, customer service, and onboarding gateway specialist roles. In my current role at Zendesk, I am responsible for running all aspects of merchant onboarding, resolving issues and queries, and liaising with other departments to ensure correct configuration and billing models. I have a Masters of Science degree from Warsaw University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. I have also worked as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Carlson Wagonlit Travel and as an IT Support Specialist at Hyfricom Ventures Limited.
