What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an uncapped opportunity to advance a leading project/construction management mission—supported by disciplined execution, safety, and strong work climate. I’m open to travel, remote or (co)location, and negotiating terms for the right fit.

I’m a project/construction and contract management professional who thrives in complex, time-sensitive execution—balancing scope, risk, schedules, and budgets to deliver measurable outcomes. My background blends facilities engineering, HVAC systems operations, and disciplined field leadership, so I can move work from planning through close with accountability.

Most recently, I managed operations/maintenance project obligations for “largest U.S. transportation system,” including “7-bridges/2-tunnels,” and supported a “revolutionary congested traffic plan roll-out.” I rehab’d/extended lifecycles for “38-crane/hoist assets,” improved load testing compliance by “+10%,” and helped mitigate risk/estimate/scope/schedule across pest, maint’, and recycling contracts totaling “$2M award.”

From Anchorage work spanning state and commercial projects, I reconciled multi-code project sprints (IBC/IEEE/NFP/IMC/NEC/ASME) to support retrofits, post-construction, and energy audits with new tech and budget considerations. I also supported automation deployments within “10K sq m-le footprint,” generated inputs for multi-trade fabrication design tied to an “$50M/2.5K Mpbs project,” and managed “< 65-ft tower/250K-sq.ft facility engineering mgmt evals” using practical field tooling and reporting workflows.

Earlier, I led installation, dispatching, diagnostics, and recurring maintenance for campus HVAC systems—covering variable speed equipment, DDC controls, economizers, heating/cooling configurations, chilled-water and boiler systems, and troubleshooting/urgent response. I also managed government contract resourcing (DOJ-GSA-MRO) including un/scheduled scope, costs, and RFI/P/Q/SOW/tolerances, while reinforcing “9-craft24-hour weekly on-call rotations” servicing “100-facilities/1.5K-acres/15K attendees.” Across everything, I use waterfall/hybrid/agile methods to withstand latencies, keep teams coordinated, and uphold safety and compliance as non-negotiables.
