I am a hardworking hospitality professional with a National Diploma in Hospitality and Catering Services and hands-on experience across front desk, housekeeping and kitchen roles.
At The Brown Hotel I served as a front desk agent and housekeeping assistant manager (July 2021–May 2023), welcoming guests, managing reservations and overseeing housekeeping standards and staffing. I maintained guest records, handled service recovery and enforced standard operating procedures.
Earlier roles as a line cook at Big Cedar Lodge and as a lunch and breakfast cook at Bohemian Hotel strengthened my food preparation, inventory control and hygiene practices. I assisted with menu production, operated commercial cooking equipment, and supported cost and quality control.
