I’m looking for senior leadership in tourism, destination marketing, or hospitality where I can grow international markets, modernize digital strategy with AI, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and deliver measurable commercial results.

I’m a senior tourism and hospitality executive with 30+ years of experience leading destination marketing, hotel operations, international tourism promotion, business development, and digital strategy—often using AI-enabled process improvement to deliver practical results. I’m multilingual and strongly focused on stakeholder management and international market impact.

As former Director of Tourism for the Mallorca Tourism Board, I led the global promotion of Mallorca as an international destination and coordinated strategic initiatives reporting to the island council. I managed a multidisciplinary team of 30 professionals, led international trade fairs and promotional activities (fam trips and press trips), and helped drive destination branding through public-private partnership campaigns.

Today, I bring that same execution mindset to digital consulting and growth as a Business Developer at Mark Site Agency. I implement AI tools and automation for SMEs, coordinate digital strategy projects across social media, online reputation, and website optimization, and translate client needs into tailored action plans spanning SEO, SEM, UX, and marketing automation—supporting hospitality partners with booking engine optimization, e-commerce, and revenue support.
