Quero atuar em Sales Operations/Revenue, usando dados do CRM e KPIs (ROI e conversão) para otimizar funis, qualificar leads e alinhar marketing e vendas, em um time orientado a performance e melhoria contínua.

I’m an Analista de Vendas e Operações Comerciais focused on turning CRM and marketing data into practical revenue improvements. I manage and maintain CRM integrity and sales pipeline organization so teams can execute with confidence.

I build and share periodic KPI reports (including ROI and Conversion Rate) to uncover bottlenecks and point to strategic growth opportunities. I also manage inbound marketing processes, ensuring marketing demand aligns with commercial targets.

A key part of my impact has been improving the lead flow between marketing and sales (handoff). By optimizing response time and improving the client experience, I help the sales cycle run more smoothly and efficiently.

Before this role, I supported marketing performance analysis and reporting as an intern, including creating visual ad pieces with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Earlier, as a SDR, I qualified leads using lead scoring, organized prospecting with automation, and collaborated with Inside Sales to refine outreach processes.
