Lucas Oliveira

I’m an Electronic and Telecommunications Engineer with hands-on experience producing, reviewing, and updating technical documentation for telecom projects. I combine analytical thinking with strong organization and communication to ensure technical information stays clear, compliant, and actionable.

I’ve built a foundation through my Engineering degree and additional training in industrial automation. I work in a structured way—turning complex technical requirements into documents and reports that support operational quality.

In my current roles, I handle TSSR Remopt by preparing and validating technical documentation for Nokia/TIM projects, ensuring alignment with operational standards and contractual requirements. I also work as a commercial consultant, responsible for prospecting, proposal development, and building corporate relationships while presenting solutions in Safety and Occupational Health.

Previously, as an engineering intern, I contributed to technology solution development, data analysis, and the creation of technical reports that supported continuous process improvement. I bring a practical tech stack (Python, MATLAB, C++, LaTeX) plus process-focused problem solving, and I communicate in English (advanced) and Spanish (intermediate).
