I’m a data professional trained in Data Science through EBAC, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development. I focus on turning raw information into decisions through process optimization, predictive modeling, and clear communication of results.

At Telefônica Vivo, I’ve worked in B2B operations where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills through fault analysis, diagnosis, and triage of B2B links, as well as broadband, VoIP, and TV services. I also performed process improvement analysis and solution development using BMC Remedy ITSM, standing out through proactivity, continuous improvement mindset, and fast learning.

I contribute across the full data lifecycle: data collection, transformation, analysis, visualization, dashboard creation, KPI definition and monitoring, and process automation. I’ve also worked with data pipelines that integrate multiple sources and developed APIs for data consumption, using visualization tools to present results effectively.

On the engineering side, I work with Python and SQL, building ETL and automation with tools like Pandas, FastAPI, Docker, and Git. I’m also actively expanding my capabilities in Generative AI—LLMs, NLP, RAG, embeddings/vector-based solutions, and LLM-powered applications using PydanticAI and Streamlit.
