I’m a Managing Director and HR Tech founder with 15+ years of experience building teams, products, and businesses. My work blends technical recruiting, enterprise software testing, and SaaS product leadership—so I can move from talent strategy to shipped outcomes.

As Managing Director of myitjob GmbH, I lead company strategy, operations, and client relationships, and I’ve delivered 400+ successful IT placements across Switzerland. I manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles spanning software, cloud, DevOps, ERP, infrastructure, and management, while advising on hiring strategy, salary benchmarking, and employer branding.

I also founded and serve as Product Owner of zypp.ch, where I designed and launched a modern HR technology platform using AI-assisted development. I combined an Applicant Tracking System, job platform, recruiting marketplace, and talent pool, owning everything from product vision and UX/UI design to requirements engineering, QA/UAT, releases, and roadmap.

Previously, I managed testing for Avaloq core banking at Raiffeisen Switzerland and Raiffeisen Switzerland & Arizon Sourcing AG, authoring test cases and coordinating releases and defects via Jira and HP ALM. I’ve operated in Agile/Scrum environments, led remotely since 2018, and bring hands-on strengths in manual testing, regression testing, and UAT—grounded by real enterprise banking experience.
