I’m looking for a role where I can keep solving real technical problems while strengthening cybersecurity and secure integrations. I want a team that values continuous learning, reliable systems, and clear technical communication with room to grow.

I’m a software engineer and IT support professional with experience across technical support, systems integration, and data management. Recently, I worked as an IT/UKG integration consultant assisting multiple companies with benefits, payroll, and HR processes, creating and producing XML-based files and coordinating updates and troubleshooting across client, team, and vendor integrations.

I bring strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills, including device replacement, configuration, and Microsoft application support, while continuously building my cybersecurity foundation through specialized training and industry-recognized certification (CompTIA Security+). I’m also developing my data and automation background through courses like CS50 and Data Ingestion with Python, and I enjoy turning curiosity into reliable, secure technical outcomes.
