I’m an AI Engineer and JavaScript full-stack developer with 16 years of experience designing and building web applications across enterprise platforms, and I currently work as a Freelance Software Developer. My focus is turning complex requirements into scalable systems—especially where AI capabilities and cloud architectures meet real user workflows.

At Carrier Global, I led technical delivery as a Technical Lead, managing a team of 8 and coordinating Agile execution through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder demos. I helped migrate from Serverless to Kubernetes for microservices, enabling automated deployments with CI/CD (CircleCI), stronger observability and alerting (Loki, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana), and scaling via Kubernetes autoscaling (HPA) and KEDA. I also developed a RAG-based AI chatbot by chunking manuals, generating vector embeddings, and indexing them in Pinecone DB for semantic retrieval used by technicians.

I engineered an AWS IoT Core solution to ingest telemetry at scale—millions of data points per day—and to enable secure remote control for new HVAC device types. To support this, I implemented microservices for data processing/storage, GraphQL APIs for device control and data access, and real-time telemetry delivery via WebSocket infrastructure. I also built centralized authentication and authorization using JWT validation (Okta), an access-control microservice, and Open Policy Agent (OPA) for fine-grained authorization.

I’ve delivered high-impact backend and platform work across multiple domains: at Reckit I developed a scalable API library from scratch, managed 57 Lambda functions, and integrated third-party APIs (Google Places/Books, Reelgood, Spotify). At Mahindra Comviva, I led a team of 12 to build a SaaS digital marketing automation platform, releasing 100+ bug fixes and scaling services to handle thousands of events per second while reducing resource consumption to 70%. At MetricStream, I served as a technical consultant across GRC modules—building and customizing forms, reports, and workflows—and completed a POC to migrate three modules to the MERN stack.
