What I'm looking for

I am a mindfulness and coaching professional with a strong background in digital marketing, sales and small-business management. I have built and managed an online jewellery store, led marketing and communications projects in corporate settings, and supported entrepreneurs with funnels, lead acquisition and content management.

My coaching focuses on self-development for female entrepreneurs, integrating mindfulness, emotional intelligence, stress and anxiety management, and somatic approaches.
