What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead MERL/M&E, strengthen learning and data systems, and turn evidence into actionable reporting—while collaborating with stakeholders, building teams’ capacity, and continuously improving program performance.

I’m a highly dedicated MERL Lead with 6+ years of experience leading Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) across health, Early Childhood Development, Gender-based violence, child protection and safeguarding, Gender Equality, OVC, advocacy, SRHR, youth and women livelihoods, social norms transformation, and WASH.

I improve program outcomes by designing and strengthening M&E systems, building clear indicators and achievable targets, managing data and databases, and producing actionable analytics, visualizations, and reports. I also lead capacity building, facilitate stakeholder engagement through meetings and workshops, and support grant proposals by integrating well-defined M&E components aligned to donor requirements.
