What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute MERL, data management, and psychosocial support skills to health, education, protection, and humanitarian programmes while strengthening learning systems and improving outcomes for children, young people, and communities.

I'm supporting Regional Psychosocial Support Initiative Zambia as a Project Officer, providing MERL support across health, sexual and reproductive health rights, education, early childhood development, protection, livelihoods, disaster risk reduction, and humanitarian response.

I develop monitoring and evaluation methods, tools, and MEAL systems to measure progress and coordinate project activities. I also support reporting and activity tracking for the ReCLAIM Project, funded by COMIC Relief.

Alongside MERL work, I offer teletherapy, counselling, screening, and referrals for mental health needs. I have supported accredited Diploma and Certificate courses by recruiting students, supporting course delivery, and managing student learning, assessment, and certification data.

My background combines a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods with a Bachelor of Education in Educational Psychology and a minor in Mathematics.
