At Tanzania institute of monitoring and evaluation (TIME), I designed and implemented a monitoring framework to track progress against organizational goals and developed a MEL plan and system.

At Tanzania Social Action Trust Fund (TASAF), I supported project impact evaluations, prepared monitoring and evaluation plans and reports, and took part in field visits, interviews, and focus group discussions.

At Young and Alive Initiative (YAI), I coordinated community-based projects and supported partnerships and program implementation. I also worked as a Paraprofessional/Student Support Specialist at Dar es Salaam International Academy, supporting a DP 1 student's access to an English-medium curriculum.
