LOW CARMEN

I am a service-oriented professional with hands-on experience in customer service roles within food and platform-based environments. I have processed documents, calculated weekly platform incomes, engaged customers through chat to improve social interaction, and worked as a service and delivery crew handling orders, cooking, and drink service.

I am completing a Diploma in Investigation Service (Sept 2022 – Oct 2025) and bring strengths in creativity, critical thinking, time management, social media, innovation, and reasoning. I seek a role that offers learning and development while allowing me to contribute to organizational growth.
