What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a virtual assistance or remote business support role where I can help with customer communication, order coordination, administrative tasks, and digital operations while continuing to grow professionally.

I run Lovely Gadgets, managing customer inquiries, product selection, order coordination, transactions, and follow-through from initial contact to completed orders.

I create product visuals, descriptions, and promotional captions while translating product specifications, pricing, and availability into clear purchasing information. I also identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and resolve routine concerns.

I've supported sales and customer service at Ginga Cafe and completed structured field training with the Bureau of Fire Protection and Philippine National Police. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminology while expanding my skills in virtual assistance, remote business support, and digital operations.
