I'm looking for an opportunity to learn Salesforce administration, support users, maintain accurate solutions, and continue growing my technical skills through hands-on platform work.

I've built hands-on Salesforce administration experience through Trailhead, exploring Salesforce Flow Builder, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, security configuration, and data integrity management. I'm driven by curiosity and creativity to support users and grow my technical skills.

I've also supported high-volume customer-facing teams at First Watch, Za'abbraci's Pizza, and Chick-fil-A, balancing speed, accuracy, empathy, and clear communication. As a Minecraft server administrator for a community of up to 500 players, I developed practical troubleshooting, organization, and community-management experience.
