What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to influence early childhood policy and foster collaborative partnerships, while promoting innovative solutions for child development.

I am an experienced early childhood policy and program leader with a strong background in systems development and public health initiatives. My career has been dedicated to strengthening early childhood systems through targeted training and technical assistance. I have a proven ability to build cross-agency partnerships, ensuring that families receive the best services possible.

Currently, I serve as the Early Childhood Branch Manager at the University of Kentucky, where I supervise the HANDS program and manage training for local health departments. My role involves liaising with legislators to develop regulations around maternal and child health, and I have successfully created innovative programs, such as a virtual home visitation initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic. My previous experience includes managing federal grants and providing technical assistance to community councils, demonstrating my commitment to early childhood education and policy.

Throughout my career, I have focused on collaboration and compliance, ensuring that all programs align with legislative requirements and deliver impactful outcomes. I am passionate about advocating for early childhood development and look forward to continuing my work in this vital field.
