In my most recent role, I’ve served as a strategic HR partner and exec coach to 300+ international staff across Tech, Finance, Product, UX, Editorial, and Learning Sciences, while also managing recruiting, office operations, certifications, audits, and culture programs.

I’ve led advanced org-wide AI development and talent frameworks—advising business leaders on embedding AI tools, automated workflows, and assessment metrics into performance and hiring practices—while enabling remote shift and improving delivery during office closures and hybrid work initiatives.

Earlier leadership roles included Director of Human Resources work where I reduced turnover from 34% to 24%, improved morale through retention surveying, strengthened regulatory audit readiness, and managed complex employee relations matters across investigations and unemployment hearings.
