I’m a Construction Executive with more than 33 years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure, healthcare, higher education, commercial, municipal, and international construction programs. I manage complex projects from planning through completion, even in challenging, high-pressure environments.

I’ve built a career around delivering results with disciplined project controls—budgeting, schedule control, and PMO coordination—so teams can stay aligned on performance, scope, and compliance. I’m known for overseeing operations, leading multi-disciplinary groups, and keeping projects on track through to closeout.

In senior construction leadership roles, I oversaw operations across three provinces in Afghanistan while supporting infrastructure and construction programs exceeding $789 million in total value. I directed workforce planning, logistics, procurement, equipment management, and quality assurance, coordinating multiple sites simultaneously while managing schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.

As Executive Managing Partner at Continuum Development Partners, LLC, I lead strategic development, acquisitions, entitlement, financing, and execution of mixed-use, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. I collaborate closely with engineering, legal, environmental, and financial teams, and I’m hands-on about stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and delivering successful outcomes.
