Previously, at PBI Commercial, I directed construction operations across an approximately 50-project backlog and led four project managers. I standardized RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling workflows while maintaining budget and schedule performance through organizational transition.

My project delivery work includes a $23M historic renovation, a $14M municipal renovation completed during COVID constraints, and retail, school, and multi-site public capital programs. I've improved profitability by 12%, reduced costs by 15%, compressed a project schedule by two months, and protected critical paths through strategic sourcing and procurement solutions.

Earlier at Hensel Phelps, I supported federal, data center, and high-security institutional projects up to $250M, coordinating MEP trades, commissioning, quality control, documentation, and schedule development. I bring architectural and civil engineering training to owner representation, construction operations, project controls, and scalable delivery systems.
