Coordinated operations across sales, day care, front desk, and janitorial teams by hiring, training, and managing 150+ staff. Administered budgets, payroll, and forecasts; conducted quality controls; supported new-facility openings and construction of three facilities; and earned National Perfect Product Awards (2016–2017).
