I've led data strategy and analytics initiatives for Reckitt, Amazon, Capitec, MultiChoice, Procter & Gamble, and major South African financial institutions. I turn fragmented data, reporting challenges, and business priorities into trusted decision-making capabilities.
At Reckitt, I lead the Sales Data Strategy, including reporting governance, data quality frameworks, regional data integration, KPI standardisation, and executive Power BI solutions. I partner with commercial stakeholders to improve sales execution and operational decision-making.
At Amazon South Africa, I led BI and analytics strategy across product, marketing, and operations, managing analysts and prioritising high-impact work. I built AWS and Redshift analytics infrastructure, developed machine-learning customer personas, and applied statistical modelling and optimisation in R.
Across Africa Payments at MultiChoice and Sub-Saharan Africa at Procter & Gamble, I built data marts, automated acquisition with Python, improved dashboard quality, and reduced analysis turnaround from two months to two weeks.
