At MTN South Africa, I lead Analytics Engineering and Business Intelligence for Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management, delivering enterprise analytics platforms, AI-powered solutions, and business automation initiatives.
I designed an AI-powered outbound roaming anomaly detection platform using Prophet forecasting, Isolation Forest, and Autoencoder models to monitor approximately 40,000–70,000 roaming events daily. I automated daily scoring workflows and connected model outputs to executive Power BI dashboards, creating a reusable capability adopted across multiple MTN operating companies.
Previously, I built an end-to-end Power Platform governance solution that replaced spreadsheet-driven control submissions with automated workflows, audit evidence storage, tracking, reminders, reconciliation reporting, and real-time executive visibility.
I've also delivered SQL-based revenue assurance controls, executive BI reporting, dashboard engineering, reporting standardisation, and AI enablement workshops. I enjoy bridging business strategy and technical implementation to build scalable data and AI solutions.
