I've spent 20 years in analytics and BI, including more than a decade building and leading analytics functions for $100M+ technology and e-commerce businesses.
At Clickatell, I led Analytics & BI across Marketing, Product, Sales, Support, and web performance. I worked with executives to define KPIs, connect operational measures to financial results, build governed reporting, and develop analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.
At Takealot, I managed a 30-person product-data team and led the migration of Kalahari's 16 million-product catalogue. Better categorisation and attribution improved search results by 40%.
More recently, I've consulted on secure cloud data platforms, AI knowledge retrieval, automation, data governance, and migration of legacy data and documents. I focus on turning unclear questions into trusted reporting, practical decisions, and reusable delivery capability.
