What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise data strategy, governance, architecture, and analytics in a regulated or complex organisation, partnering with senior leaders to improve data quality, compliance, decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.

I'm currently leading enterprise information management strategy at the South African Reserve Bank, aligning data governance, information architecture, and data assets with organisational and regulatory objectives. I design enterprise-wide governance, master data management, stewardship, data quality, access, and lifecycle practices.

Previously at the Financial Sector Conduct Authority, I led Data Strategy, Data Governance, Digitisation, and AI Enablement. I implemented a DAMA-based governance framework and oversaw data catalogue, repository, quality, and access frameworks for regulatory compliance.

At Durban University of Technology, I delivered an analytics framework that improved data accuracy and timeliness by 30% and became the institutional standard for strategic planning. I also automated performance reporting in Power BI and built PowerHEDA dashboards for DHET compliance reporting.

My earlier work spans enterprise analytics at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, decision science at Capitec Bank, campaign analytics at First National Bank, valuations at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and credit risk modelling at Nedbank.
