I seek a remote customer-success role where I can drive SaaS adoption, improve retention, and collaborate cross-functionally while supporting B2B/B2C clients.

I am a Customer Success professional experienced in SaaS and service-based businesses, supporting both B2B and B2C clients in remote environments. I focus on onboarding, platform adoption, retention, and multi-channel customer communication to ensure client success.

At Ensinio I supported onboarding and adoption of an all-in-one SaaS platform for digital education, guiding clients through LMS, community tools, checkout systems, gamification, and live training while handling communications across WhatsApp, email, Google Meet, in-app tickets, and community channels.

More recently I serve as the main post-sales contact for consulting and training programs centered on automation, productivity, and project management, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups while adapting support to individual client goals and challenges.
