I am a bilingual Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing graduate from International Leadership University, currently based in Burundi. My education has equipped me with a solid foundation in marketing principles, and I am passionate about applying my knowledge in real-world scenarios. I thrive in environments that challenge me to grow and achieve high standards.

In my recent role as a Customer Service Representative at Lumitel Burundi, I honed my communication skills by assisting customers with their needs, both over the phone and in person. Prior to that, I served as a Sales Manager at Mega SSD Gashikanwa, where I engaged with key customers to promote new products. These experiences have not only enhanced my customer service abilities but also deepened my understanding of sales dynamics in the telecommunications and beverage industries.
