I’m focused on helping international companies establish and scale reliable, compliant operations in Brazil and across Latin America through trusted local partnership, financial coordination, and market-entry support.

Since 2016, I’ve led Vippi Business Structure, helping international companies establish, operate, and expand in Brazil.

I provide local legal and operational representation, financial coordination, IFRS accounting and tax compliance, market-entry structuring, and LATAM expansion support. Through Vippi, we have supported more than 50 companies across cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, fintech, and multimodal transport.

I build long-term partnerships for companies navigating Brazil’s regulatory complexity, fragmented operations, and operational risk. My clients gain a local partner committed to treating their operations as if they were my own.

My background includes international trade and logistics at Estaleiro Rio Maguari, European finance and customer service coordination at Bausch + Lomb Iberia, and international finance at BRA Transportes Aéreos. I also serve as a court-appointed Administrative Expert and Judicial Administrator for the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo.
