I’m looking for a role where I can lead training and drive KPI performance through strong team collaboration, process improvement, and project coordination, while working closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

I’m a results-driven Team Manager with strong experience in team collaboration, project coordination, and achieving performance targets. I lead training programs, set strategic objectives, and oversee performance management processes to ensure consistent achievement of KPIs and targets.

I also bring hands-on coordination experience as an In-Country Project Enabler, delivering translation, logistics, and training support for EMS and MOI Georgia projects while collaborating with local and international stakeholders to streamline operations. Previously, I managed marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads, and I coordinated the “Volunteer of Georgia” project—strengthening communication, planning, and delivery.
