What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in early childhood education where I can run operations, develop curriculum, mentor staff, and foster an inclusive, safety-focused learning environment with opportunities for program growth.

I am an experienced early childhood educator and director who builds nurturing, compliant, and developmentally appropriate programs for young children. I founded and ran a private early childhood school where I managed daily operations, finances, hiring, and curriculum.

As a Lead Infant Teacher, I provided direct care for infants, maintained individualized development records, coordinated feeding and sleep documentation, and ensured classroom safety and licensing compliance. I train and delegate to staff to maintain high-quality classroom practice.

My background includes hands-on shelter adoption counseling, customer-facing management roles, and a service year supporting 1st grade learning interventions. I bring strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to every role.

I hold a B.A. in Sociology and completed study abroad in Botswana where I engaged in community volunteer work and cross-cultural learning that informs my inclusive approach to early childhood education.
