At KPMG, I’ve transitioned 24 public-sector agencies onto a centralized enterprise system and helped reduce support tickets by 60% within six months. I lead Level 2 support, run client onboarding workshops, and translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
Before KPMG, I spent over four years at The Learning Lab using performance data to identify gaps, build tailored learning roadmaps, and communicate practical recommendations to families and stakeholders.
I also co-founded The Modest Match, where I design participant journeys and facilitate purposeful group experiences for 150+ attendees. Alongside my consulting work, I build data projects using SQL, Python, Tableau, NLP, and predictive modelling.
