I’m seeking a mid-level role that blends hospitality operations and digital marketing, where I can optimize processes, manage property operations, improve guest experience, and lead online reputation efforts within a collaborative, growth-focused team.

I hold a Master's in Digital Marketing & Communication and a Bachelor's in Tourism, and I bring over five years of hands-on experience in administration, marketing, customer service and operations.

At The Charming Concept I managed operations and administration for 150+ tourist apartments, three hostels and two buildings, coordinated bookings across Booking, Airbnb, Expedia and Vrbo, and used PMS tools such as AVIRATO and ICNEA to streamline workflows. I analyzed guest reviews to improve online reputation, handled invoicing, cash management and resolved operational issues to maintain high service standards.
