At Futurcan Marketing & Events, I created social media content as a Marketing Assistant and Junior Marketing Assistant, using MailChimp, Photoshop, and Canvas.
At The Dolder Grand, I assisted guests with reservations, check-in and check-out, billing, and direct customer service. I also used Opera while working with an international team.
After working in Switzerland and Germany, I discovered the value of adapting to new cultures and international teams. I’m interested in travel, marketing, communication, and human relations, and I’m constantly learning and taking on new challenges.
