I've investigated complex insurance fraud for USAA, Auto-Owners Insurance, Travelers, Alfa Insurance, and Liberty Mutual, covering auto, property, liability, workers compensation, and general liability claims.

At USAA, I investigated first- and third-party auto and property claims involving suspected fraud and organized schemes, analyzed claim volumes for fraud patterns, and served as a Georgia subject matter expert for auto and property theft. I also coordinated with law enforcement, regulators, underwriting, and internal stakeholders to mitigate exposure and improve outcomes.

Across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and multi-state assignments, I've led high-risk and large-loss investigations, conducted recorded interviews and examinations under oath, developed investigative reports, and provided deposition and court testimony.

My background also includes civil and criminal white-collar fraud investigations with public-sector consumer affairs agencies, including subpoenas, financial-record analysis, undercover operations, and prosecution support. I bring 28 years of investigative, compliance, risk-management, training, vendor-management, and anti-fraud collaboration experience.
