What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on IT role where I can support end users, troubleshoot networks, and maintain systems reliably, while continuing to grow in web and programming. I value clear processes, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

I’m currently working as IT Support (Técnico Nivel 1 / Referente Sistemas), supporting daily operations in both on-site clinics and coordinating with stakeholders to keep systems running. I focus on installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, printers, and IP phones, while managing users in the institutional system (account setup, access control, and onboarding/offboarding).

In my role, I also handle physical network support: connecting and managing the rack patching, working with switches, and performing basic network diagnostics using tools like ping and tracert to report and resolve incidents. I combine preventive and corrective maintenance with hands-on hardware support, including software activation and updates for Office, browsers, and specific medical programs.

Before this, I worked in a local computer shop as an operator and maintenance assistant, repairing and upgrading hardware, cleaning and maintaining printers, managing LAN installation, and supporting direct sales and infrastructure tasks. Alongside support, I’m building my web-development foundation through courses and formal study (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP, and PHPMyAdmin), and I aim to keep growing in environments where troubleshooting, reliability, and continuous improvement matter.
