What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a 6-month hospitality internship starting March 2025 to deepen my front office and guest relations experience, applying strong customer service, communication, and fluency in Swahili and English in a fast-paced team.

I’m a current hospitality student at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education in Marbella, Spain, focused on building strong, service-led hotel operations. I’m eager to complete a 6-month internship starting March 2025, leveraging my previous front office and guest relations experience.

Through volunteer roles, I supported day-to-day service at The Plantation Lodge, Ausha Coffee Lodge–Elewana Collection, and Sky Safari–Elewana Collection. I gained hands-on exposure across front office and housekeeping, and also worked with accounting tasks alongside bookings and reservations, which strengthened my attention to detail and operational follow-through.

I bring a high standard of customer service and strong communication skills, backed by language fluency in Swahili and English. I’m also equipped with relevant training, including an HACCP Food Safety Certificate, and I’m ready to contribute with Opera/Micros systems, reservations management, and revenue analysis, while staying adaptable, solution-focused, and supportive of the team.
