What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to contribute to HR operations and talent acquisition in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, supporting recruitment processes, employee engagement, and structured, data-driven decision-making.

I've supported workforce insights, employee engagement, and HR documentation at Manna Tea Factory, where I analysed behaviour and engagement patterns for 40+ employees and coordinated two engagement initiatives. My work combines management psychology with structured, data-driven HR decision-making.

I'm building toward HR operations and talent acquisition roles through an ongoing MBA, an MSc in Management Psychology, and HRCI talent acquisition certification. I bring experience in recruitment support, candidate screening, interview coordination, employee lifecycle support, survey design, SPSS, and Excel.
