Participated in a Rough Sleeper Pilot Training Program, gaining certifications in Emergency First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention, Alcohol and Substance Awareness, and De-escalation. This valuable experience involved working with rough sleepers, many of whom had dual diagnoses of addiction and mental health issues.

Provided part-time counselling to college and university students aged 16-24, many with ASD or ADHD diagnoses. This role focused on helping clients find ways to stay in education, reduce stress, and increase self-esteem over a minimum of six sessions.

Works as a freelance online counsellor using Zoom, providing time-limited sessions for EAP clients with a solution-focused brief therapy approach. Worked in the Leaving Care Department of a national children's charity, supporting young people transitioning from care. This role involved providing essential guidance and resources to help them achieve independence.

Supported Community Development Officers in a community project throughout Herefordshire. This involved arranging community events such as cost-of-living events.

Coordinated meetings and MDTs, managed waiting lists, and utilized various databases within CAMHS, Adult, and Older Adult mental health teams from 2008 to 2021. Liaised with Social Services, other NHS departments, psychiatrists, and psychologists, including typing medical assessments and working for three years in an acute mental health inpatient facility.
