I am an Integrative Counsellor (psychodynamic, CBT, humanistic) with a First Class BA (Hons) in Counselling and over 2,000 private practice client hours, supervised and supported by an independent MBACP-accredited supervisor.
I have provided therapeutic support across NHS and third-sector settings including Suffolk Mind, Time to Change, and specialist emotional support lines for BPD and NHS staff, accumulating extensive direct-contact experience and targeted training in DBT, trauma-informed mindfulness, and suicide prevention.
Alongside clinical work I bring experience in professional development, coaching, assessment, and marketing consultancy, and I hold enhanced DBS clearance, ongoing BACP accreditation, and a wide range of safeguarding and clinical CPD certifications.
