Experienced CBT therapist and social worker with mental health expertise.
What I'm looking for
With over 14 years of experience in mental health, I am a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist and a fully-qualified social worker. My journey has taken me through various clinical settings, where I have honed my skills in high-intensity cognitive behavioral therapy and supervision of trainees. I currently serve as a Clinical Lecturer and CBT Supervisor at Hull University, where I guide the next generation of mental health professionals.
Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple IAPT services, providing high-quality assessments and interventions. My commitment to mental health advocacy is evident in my previous roles, where I supported individuals in navigating complex systems and ensuring their voices were heard. I am passionate about empowering clients and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and trainees alike.
