At Nimba, I led 0–1 development of an AI-powered internal knowledge-sharing platform, taking it from discovery to MVP in three months. I owned UX, system design, database structure, implementation, iteration, and the product roadmap, building AI-assisted workflows and a retrieval-based knowledge assistant in FlutterFlow and Firebase.
Previously, I supported MVP experiments and design-system improvements at Cafe Bazaar, and at Gharar I translated user interviews and support insights into UX/UI improvements for a video communication platform. My background also includes operations, logistics, commercial operations, and communications.
