What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can own end-to-end product design, bring structure to ambiguous zero-to-one work, and partner closely with founders, engineers, and researchers to build data-informed consumer products.

At Globaldev, I own consumer product design across mobile and web, taking a full redesign from Clarity heatmaps and session analytics to a three-phase release for 150K+ users. I redesigned onboarding from sign-up through checkout, increasing conversion from 3% to 38%.

I've led measurable product improvements across fintech, crypto, banking, AR, and SaaS. At Vault, I increased wallet usage by 26% and improved withdrawal task success from 68% to 91%; at Acba Bank, I improved task efficiency by 65% across core banking flows.

I build design systems from scratch, partner directly with founders and engineers, and lead teams of 2–3 designers while grounding decisions in usability testing and analytics.
