At Riverside Christian Academy, I founded the school and served as its Head of School / Superintendent, providing leadership for its academic, operational, and organizational work. I also served as Chairman of the Corporate Board.

I designed and oversaw a K–12 online education program, piloted in 2025 and launched for the 2026–2027 school year. It offers self-paced coursework with remedial, standard, and honors levels.

I led Cognia and ACSI accreditation and reaccreditation work, coordinating school-wide committees and evidence review. I also developed school improvement plans aligned with accreditation standards and student learning outcomes.

At Education Management Group, LLC, I founded an ABA therapy provider serving children with autism spectrum disorder. Earlier, I helped establish Freedom Christian Academy as part of its founding leadership team and taught at Village Christian Academy and Cumberland County Schools.
