I’m a results-driven Junior Project Manager focused on coordinating technology and insurance product deployments across cross-functional teams. I build strong relationships with technical teams, clients, and partners to keep expectations aligned and delivery moving.

In my current role, I coordinate project activities across development, QA, and business teams to support timely releases of digital insurance products and partnership integrations. I track progress, risks, and dependencies, provide regular executive-ready status updates, and support go-live planning, deployment coordination, and post-launch issue resolution to prevent disruptions.

Before this, I worked as a Project Management Intern where I coordinated and tracked 15+ daily activities within the technical department. I facilitated communication between developers, management, and business units, resolved blockers and dependencies proactively, and used GitHub and related tools to monitor task progress and escalate issues efficiently.

Across key projects—like a Device Financing Partnership, an Insurance Agent Platform, and a Bancassurance SaaS solution—I served as a liaison, managed project communications and clarification loops, supported system testing and QA/UAT readiness, and helped ensure smooth launches with clear post-launch follow-up. I’m passionate about contributing to regional expansion through organized coordination and a client-centric delivery approach.
