I’m a customer-focused service professional with experience supporting clients across phone, email, and live chat. I’m known for active listening, clear communication, and resolving inquiries calmly and accurately—while keeping strong attention to detail.
In my current role as a Customer Support Agent at Side Business Chick LLC, I engage prospective clients, build rapport from first contact, and drive conversions. I schedule meetings and document call details and outcomes in the CRM system to support consistent, data-driven follow-up.

I also handled client disputes professionally, processed payments accurately, and supported daily operations through feedback tracking and team scheduling.
