In my current role as a Customer Support Agent at Side Business Chick LLC, I engage prospective clients, build rapport from first contact, and drive conversions. I schedule meetings and document call details and outcomes in the CRM system to support consistent, data-driven follow-up.

Before that, as a Customer Service Representative at Barberians Cutz and Spa, I managed appointment scheduling and front desk operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. I also handled client disputes professionally, processed payments accurately, and supported daily operations through feedback tracking and team scheduling.

Earlier, I completed a Patient Attendant internship at Haven Healthcare, where I communicated empathetically with patients, families, and the healthcare team. That experience strengthened my ability to stay composed in stressful situations and deliver patient-first support.
