What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead national surveys and MEAL initiatives, apply advanced statistical methods, build field capacity, and influence data-driven policy in collaborative, impact-driven organizations.

I am an Assistant Chief Statistician with over a decade of service at the National Bureau of Statistics, where I design survey methodology, sampling strategies, sample-weight calculations, projections and estimation, and develop data-capturing programs. I lead MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) activities, train and supervise field staff, oversee frame management, monitor fieldwork, and produce clear, policy-relevant reports.

Earlier roles in banking and direct sales strengthened my stakeholder engagement and operational management skills, and I hold a BSc in Statistics and an International Statistical Education Diploma from the Indian Statistical Institute. I bring a pragmatic, quality-focused approach to large-scale data collection and analysis and am committed to building capacity and delivering reliable statistics for evidence-based decision making.
