What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a junior statistics/data role where I can use R, SPSS, Excel, and survey methods to analyze real-world data, support policy decisions with clear reporting, and grow with a team that values accuracy and collaboration.

I’m a Statistics graduate from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) with hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and project coordination. I’ve built a “signal model for the analysis of inflationary rates in Nigeria” using advanced statistical techniques and R, and I’m comfortable turning complex data into clear, decision-ready outputs.

Through my internship at the Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget (Lagos Bureau of Statistics), I supported the production of Local Government Statistics Return on Budget and Expenditure and assisted with Monthly Progress Reports and budget monitoring. During my “Planning, research and statistics officer” placement at OYO State Housing Corporation, I collected, organized, and analyzed housing and urban development data with Excel, SPSS, and R—conducting field surveys, data validation, and helping prepare statistical reports and policy briefs.
